RETURNS POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and tag.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Items outside of the 30-day return window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be approved at Aka Soul's discretion.
- Items purchased may be returned by mail.
- All misprinted/damaged/defective return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns made without receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
- Returns accompanied by a gift receipt may only be refunded to a gift card.
- All garments must have original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with no alterations to qualify for return, exchange in size, or gift card.
- One-time price adjustments can be made on all full-price items to reflect sale prices and discounts within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt to be eligible. Price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit.
- At this time, Aka Soul does not provide free international return shipping.
